There are few things I do in my life that don't involve me using my phone. So with that being said I like to have apps that I can actually use every day and not just every now and then AND with that being said let me introduce you to a new way to text.

Frankly Chat  is an app that you can use to text your friends that have the app as well. The message will start out as scrambled but then they come together with you tap the screen. There is a time bar under the message that shows your how much time you have before the message is gone...forever. JUST LIKE SNAPCHAT. You can also resize your messages, just give a little pinch to resize that message.  And my favorite, you can drag your finger across the screen to pick the color you want to send your message in. Ever sent the message to the wrong person? Well now you can UNSEND any unread message. Y'all when I am about to fall asleep and I am texting 3 different people I am bound to send a message to the wrong person so now I can just unsend it. LIFE. MADE.

  I know I am not the only one when I say I am OVER this cold weather and ready for spring weather so when Meaghan over at Oakleigh Rose sent me this adorable top you better believe I dug out some spring clothes. Oakleigh Rose + giveaway

T.G.I.F + Morning Glory

T.G.I.F y'all! I woke up to it snowing, it's not sticking yet but the temp will be dropping throughout the day so there is a good chance it could start accumulating. It is definitely pretty but to be honest I am just ready for spring time, warmer weather and SUNSHINE! We are heading home this weekend but starting next weekend we will get back on our schedule of going home every other weekend because next weekend we are having an "all nighter" with the SOC. Chelsea from ChelDesigns sent me this adorable hand painted picture frame a couple of weeks ago.

She told me I could pick one out from her Etsy shop or I could have one customized.

 

I decided to have one customized and chose the colors purple and gold

(for Tennessee Tech, obviously!!)

 

Not only did she do an incredible job but she shipped this very fast considering she created and painted the entire thing!

Jewelry Habit

HAPPY MONDAY!  It's my first day back to work from Christmas break and the last Monday of 2013 and I am determined to make it a good one! BOOM. Take that Monday.
Jewelry Habit Auctions sent me this adorable black and white houndstooth cardigan.

What I really loved about this cardigan is that it's so big and comfy...

literally it can wrap around me.

I paired it with black cardigans and my brown riding boots and it is the perfect outfit! 

They were also so gracious and sent me a pair of red earrings...

I wanted to show Matthew my new earrings that matched my outfit perfectly and for some reason I just couldn't wait until I got off so I decided to take a quick selfie at work and send it to him and right as I snapped the picture a coworker saw me making this in my cubicle at work...awkward but it made for a good laugh.

I love navy, mustard, lace and online boutiques. Especially adorable boutiques that send adorable items for me to review :)

Aveeno review

As a member of the Her Campus Blogging Network I am exposed to many great products to review. I love Aveeno products and took this opportunity as soon as I heard about it. This was sponsored by Self magazine and Aveeno.   I picked two items that I feel would benefit me this winter very well.

I love any type of shea body butter during the winter months to put on after my showers each night before I go to bed and Aveeno didn't disappoint!

 

I also grabbed this small bottle of lotion to keep with me in my purse. I am a bit of a germaphobe and wash my hands multiple times each day, probably too much but oh well.

Well from washing my hands so much they get dried out and start cracking, it's not attractive let me tell ya. So this small bottle comes in handy and helps to keep my hands from cracking throughout the winter. Voila! Problem solved friends :)
