2013 in review {part 2}

July -It was a pretty calm month. I was in training at work and Matthew was interning with an accounting firm in Murfreesboro.   -We had a 4th of July get together with the SOC

  August -We all took a day trip to Chattanooga and went to the aquarium  

-I finished 8 weeks of training at work and they took my training class bowling.

-Classes started at Tech



September -Celebrated my 21st birthday

  -First girls night with the SOC

-My parents came up for family day at Tech

October

-Saw Ben Rector in Nashville with my sister

-Played in my first ever tennis match, intramurals doubles with Matthew :)

 -Saw Luke Bryan in Nashville

November

-Spent the day in Bell Buckle with my favorite girls

-Started my antique plate collection in the same day!      -Had our first ever Friendsgiving

  -Thanksgiving

    December -This little guy ran into Matthew's apartment, we named him Cooper but we had to give him away after a few weeks :(

-Christmas party at the SOC

-Celebrated Christmas at home

Matthew got me a new camera :)

 -We were asked multiple times if we were twins over Christmas break...she's 4 years younger than me....

2013 has been such a learning experience. I have made new friends and became apart of a wonderful student ministry, that I am so thankful for. I have said it before and I will say it again...I am so thankful for everything that has happened over the past twelve months. Every experience, every opportunity, every tear and every smile. 2013 you were fun and every bit of life changing, it's a little bittersweet to see you go but something tells me 2014 will be even better.

2013 in review {part 2}

2013 in review {Part 1}

2013 has been one crazy life changing year. I am thankful for how much has happened over the past twelve months. Every experience, every opportunity, every tear, every smile.  Life is full and rich in joy.   January  We rang in the new year at my house with our best friends and played games

 

 

February

-I started blogging again and Stay Crafty My Friends got a makeover!

 

-I was transferred to a new location for my job at the bank

March

We celebrated Matthew's 21st birthday

 and threw him and his brother a surprise party at our favorite Mexican restaurant



 

We took a trip to Memphis to tour UT Memphis for Nathan and Jenny and stopped a different fun places on the way

 

My sister went to her first DBS formal

 

-I told my parents I was moving out

 

I went on the spring retreat with the SOC to Mississippi

April

My younger sister, Mady turned 16 and we had a Tiffany & Co. themed surprise party for her

 

May

We took a spontaneous three hour trip to Holiday World & I threw up in front of everyone

 

 

We celebrated 3 years together

 

I surprised Matthew for our anniversary with a backyard drive in

 

 

 

Matthew surprised me BIG time for our anniversary

 

-I went to my first Sounds game in Nashville

 

 

-We had our annual end of the school year girls night

 

June

-I found out I got a job in Cookeville

 

-I spent a week with my family at the Wilderness in the Smoky Mountains/Gatlinburg

 

 

 

-I moved to Cookeville and started my new job and Matthew met me at my door after my first day with these :)

 

and that's the first half of the year! I'll post the second half after Christmas!! :)

After I clock out at work today I will be headed HOME for SIX days!!!! My heart is so happy and I can't wait to finally be home for Christmas break like a normal college student.
