Definitely NOT an inch. I was a little disappointed but living in Tennessee you get pretty used to that, ha!
So now that we had our "snow" I am beyond ready for S.P.R.I.N.G
Saturday morning Matthew woke up feeling awful so I went over to his house and we went to the walk in clinic. Poor thing has strep :( I hate when he is sick I just feel so helpless.
We went back to his house and had lunch with his family and then we went to pick up his medicine.
He ended up staying home Saturday night and resting and I stayed home with my family (trying not to spread his strep!!)
Sunday he woke up all congested but his throat was fine. We went to church and he had to keep tissues with him because he kept sneezing. Bless his heart.
We ate lunch at our favorite Mexican restaurant and after stopped by Kroger to get some allergy medicine.
By Sunday night he was feeling a little better and so we went to church and then to Dairy Queen.
They have their blizzards but one get one for $0.99 sooo we just couldn't pass that up AND the ice cream would make his throat feel better :) **diet starts today**
We came back to my house and he left to head back to Cookeville. :(
Even after almost three years of doing this it's still not easy watching him pull out of the drive way.
This post seems pretty depressing because of all the sickness but this weekend really was relaxing and fun! Next weekend will be better!! Because after tomorrow my SPRING BREAK starts! So ready to get these midterms over with so I can enjoy my nice long spring break.
Keep posted because we have some exciting spring break plans!!
Speaking of...a week from today is his birthday :) I think I am more excited than he is!!!!

Hope your Monday is off to a great start :)
