I am pulling two posts that I wrote last fall to share with you today. It's that time of year to decorate for all things fall, and to start planning for Friendsgiving, if you are hosting! I shared all about hosting as a young wife, and you can read those posts, here.

Last year I decided to make our fall centerpieces for Friendsgiving. I ended up liking them so much that I left them out until it was time to decorate for Christmas. They were really simple to make, and fit perfectly on our tables.
You can find the supplies that you'll need and step by step directions (with pictures) on how to make these centerpieces, here!

Next up is the invitation that I designed for Friendsgiving last year. I went with the Friends theme and they were a hit with all of our guests, especially my sister, who is obsessed with the show. ;)
I designed the invitation in PicMonkey and printed them out at home to mail to all of our guests.

I have already started picking up some things for Friendsgiving this year, and I am getting very excited. I designed the invitation for this year a few weeks ago, and I will be sharing it next week, so stay tuned!

Are any of you hosting Friendsgiving or even Thanksgiving this year? I would love to hear about it!

  1. Oh my goodness I love those centerpieces!!! A friends giving sounds like so much fun!!!

  2. These are SO cute!! I love using the mini pumpkins as place card holders. It's so easy and looks adorable!

  3. This is such a great idea, and I might just host a Friendsgiving this year!

  4. I cannot wait to see what you have in store from friendsgiving this year! Also, those pumpkin centerpieces are adorable and so perfect!

  5. What a cute idea!! I love these!!

  6. These are so cool! I love using pumpkins for different reasons this time of year! I can't wait to make one!

  7. We're doing our first FrIendsgiving this year! More so because when all your best friends have a minimum of 3 children you get too busy unless you plan something months in advance! I'm definitely going to do something like your pumpkins. Thanks for sharing!

  8. I love how you placed the centerpieces on the tray with the mason jars - just takes it up a whole other notch!

Your comments always make my day!
